GENERAL PRACTICE

Privacy and online safety are important to Nexta. Service Provider operates the Nexta Advertising Platform public company id 38545450 (“Nexta Platform”). The Nexta Platform is a software solution allowing the automated acquisition of advertising space and delivery of ads. In this privacy policy, we sometimes refer to “You”. “You” may be a visitor to one of our websites or a user of one or more of our Services (“User”). We’ll do our best to clarify whom we are referring to at various points in the policy. This policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services even if they link to our Services, and You should consider the privacy practices of those third-parties carefully. If You disagree with the practices described in this policy, You should (a) take the necessary steps to remove cookies from Your computer after leaving our website, and (b) discontinue Your use of our Services. Finally, we have also put together a Cookie Policy that describes in detail how we use cookies and similar technologies.

DATA

Data descriptions There are 4 types of data stored on the Nexta platform:
 

1) User logins: (Personal data)

User logins for salesmen and end-users are stored in Microsoft Active Directory. The following data is managed in AD:

  • Firstname

  • Lastname

  • Username

  • Password
    Passwords are encrypted. The process for deleting a user is that Nexta receives an email with instructions to delete the user. User deletion is irreversible
     

2) Client data

Client information required for onboarding and setting up a client on Nexta is stored in Microsoft SQL database. Client data is:

  • Client Id

  • Company Name

  • Public Id (optional)

  • Company Address (optional)
    A client can be deleted from the Nexta platform. The process for deleting a client is that Nexta receives an email with instructions to delete the client or that a user with administrative rights deletes the user from the Nexta Platform. Client deletion is irreversible
     

3) Campaign data

Campaign statistics are collected on every campaign that is executed via Nexta. The following data is collected and saved in the database:

  • Campaign total stats

  • Campaign daily stats

  • Placement total stats
    Placement daily stats Campaign stats can be deleted via a clientId. The process for deleting campaign data is that Nexta receives an email with instructions to delete the campaign data. Campaign data deletion is irreversible. Note that campaign data is collected from advertising execution systems such as Adform, Facebook, and Adwords where the contracts are not managed by Nexta.
     

4) Listing or product data Nexta can onboard listings or product data via XML or via custom integrations.

The data is stored on disk prior to inserting the data into the content database. Listing data is used for generating banners and is composed of text elements and images. The data for listing is:

  • Client id

  • Listing id

  • Listing name

  • Listing description

  • Link to the listing

  • Images related to the listing

    Metadata about the listing such as area, price, location, etc. Listings data can be deleted via a clientId. The process for deleting campaign data is that Nexta receives an email with instructions to delete the listings data. Listings data deletion is irreversible.

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND NOTIFICATIONS

We may change this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” legend at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes are effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services. We may provide You with disclosures and alerts regarding the Privacy Policy or Personal Data collected by posting them on our website.
