1. What has happened?
Nexta was acquired by Kevel on January 31, 2025. As part of this acquisition, Nexta will be fully integrated into Kevel, including a name change.
2. What does this mean for Nexta’s customers and partners?
There will be no disruption to existing services. We will continue to support all current customers and partners while expanding our capabilities under Kevel.
3. Will there be any changes to Nexta’s team?
No. All employees are being retained and will now work as part of a much larger team within Kevel.
4. How do Nexta and Kevel complement each other?
Kevel provides one of the world’s most advanced ad serving solutions for retail media, while Nexta excels in self-service and offsite advertising. Together, we offer a complete adtech stack for retailers, marketplaces, and publishers.
5. Will my current contract or pricing change?
No immediate changes are planned. Your contract terms remain in place, and any future adjustments will be communicated well in advance.
6. Will Nexta’s products and services be discontinued?
No. Nexta’s technology and offerings will continue, now as part of Kevel’s broader platform.
7. What happens to Nexta’s partnership with Adform & SAS Institute?
Our partnership with Adform and SAS Institute will continue and is expected to strengthen, particularly for clients in the Nordic and European markets.
8. Who should I contact for support or questions?
You can continue using your existing support channels. As we integrate with Kevel, we will provide updates on any changes to contact points.
9. Will there be any changes to the roadmap?
Our roadmap will now align with Kevel’s broader strategy. However, our core focus on delivering advanced digital advertising solutions remains unchanged.
10. What are the next steps in the integration process?
We will gradually integrate branding, technology, and operations over the coming months. Clients and partners will be informed about any relevant changes.
11. How does this affect new customers?
