The Challenge

In 2018, Kijiji launched Kijiji Autos, a dedicated automotive platform designed to make car buying easier for all Canadians. In 2019, they wanted to improve their clients’ lead generation and add more ease to the car selling process. With powerful, unmatched shopping data from over 200+ categories across Kijiji Autos and Kijiji, they wanted to take analysis and audience targeting to the next level. “We knew that we had powerful shopping data from over 15 million monthly Kijiji and Kijiji Autos users. The solution

Nexta.io provided Kijiji Autos with the technology for Audience Engine, a solution that automates and simplifies multi-platform digital advertising for auto dealers, all driven by proprietary audience data from Kijiji and Kijiji Autos.  With Audience Engine, qualified leads are delivered directly to Kijiji Autos customers’ dealership websites by combining artificial intelligence with the unmatched audience data of Kijiji and Kijiji Autos, Facebook Network and Google Ads.

Shoppers are served relevant vehicle ads that are based on unique shopping behaviour and key life moments that happen across Kijiji and Kijiji Autos, helping to connect Canadians directly with relevant dealership inventory.  Every piece of inventory is sourced directly from each dealership’s website in real time, so it’s always up to date and only working to sell what’s available. Qualified shoppers can be driven to the dealership website, or dealers can receive lead-generation forms that feed directly to their CRM.
